Presenting Justin Isaiah Knight

Justin Knight, 17, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia in 1998 at age 6. He endured three years of intense chemotherapy, and is now in remission. Justin is known as the "life of the party" and enjoys meeting new people. His energy is contagious! He loves singing, composing songs, playing piano and drums, skating, dancing, dogs, and basketball. He traveled extensively as a member of the world-renowned Maryland State Boychoir and presently serves as the youngest worship leader at Set the Captives Free Outreach Center, in Woodlawn. He also delights in watching Fresh Prince of Belair and Cosby Show. His favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird. Justin is inspired by the scripture Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it shall be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you."

Justin is a senior at Norbel School and a member of the National Honor Society. After graduation, he plans to attend college to major in music and become a music therapist and gospel singer/songwriter. He lives in Baltimore County with his mother, Debbi, and older sister Adrienne.
